Health Screening & Risk Appraisal
I’ll set up a one-on-one meeting with you to assess your health, physical activity and fitness goals and the methods we can use to achieve those goals. In addition, I’ll have a few forms and questionnaires for you to fill out so we can design a program that’s as safe and effective as possible.
Please note: this screening procedure will take a few sessions to complete.

Once we complete the health screening, the next step is to assess your current fitness status in order to establish a baseline. Components of the fitness assessment include resting heart rate, body composition, heart and lung health, muscular fitness and flexibility.
Customizing Your Program
After all the forms and testing are complete, I’ll work with you to design a custom program just for you based on your training goals and the information we’ve discussed. This will always be a work in progress as we will continually be revising and tweaking your plan as you progress.

I also provide nutritional counseling to complement your training program and help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or maintain your current physique, I will work with you to establish a healthy diet and help you understand the components of proper nutrition.
