Training Camp

Training Camp will help you maximize your efforts in the gym by giving you the skills and knowledge to train on your own. Each session will cover the best exercises to perform, how to train each muscle group effectively as well as a cardiorespiratory training regimen. You’ll learn the basic concepts of muscle anatomy and physiology and how to develop a mind-muscle connection.

Full Body Workout

A great routine if you’re a beginner or intermediate looking to get in shape and maximize your time in the gym. Training each muscle group with a few sets two to three days per week has been proven to increase muscle size, strength and tone and reduce body fat.

2, 3, 4 and 5-Day Splits

Suggested Prerequisite: Training Camp

For the more serious trainee, split routines are perfect if you want to gain lean muscle and size and want to maximize your potential. Techniques such as drop sets, forced reps, negative reps, super-setting, rest-pause techniques, x-reps and several others will be explained and implemented into your training arsenal as well as nutritional discussion and cardiovascular training.

2-Day Split

A perfect split routine if you’re looking for solid, lean muscle gain and toning in just two days per week. This program is great for beginners before moving into a more advanced routine.

Commonly referred to as a push-pull-legs routine, the 3-Day Split allows you to commit to a serious training program when time is a factor.

This program allows you to spend more time developing each of your muscle groups individually. This split is excellent for those serious about gaining size and mass.

Split Express (2, 3, 4 or 5-Day Split)

Suggested Prerequisite: Training Camp and/or Splits

Training is the same as in the other Split programs but the Express package limits the number of training sessions I attend. I’ll work with you one session per week for the duration of the program, allowing you to pick which session I attend on a week by week basis and giving you the flexibility to train the muscle groups of your choosing.

Proper nutrition is an essential component of any physical fitness program. You'll learn the basics of macronutrients: proteins, carbohydrates and fats, which ones work best together, when to eat them and what foods are best for losing or gaining weight.
